Data Deletion
What data do we access?
This policy section applies to the CountX Demo environment only. In the demo, CountX accesses your social media data (profile information, media, and performance insights) during your active review session. Data is fetched in real-time from the respective platform APIs and is not written to the production database.
Demo access tokens are stored as encrypted cookies in your browser (up to 60 days) and can be removed anytime by disconnecting your accounts.
In the production CountX application, analytics and account data may be stored for up to 12 months according to our Privacy Policy.
How to delete your data
- Disconnect your accounts — Click "Disconnect" in the dashboard. This immediately removes all access tokens from your browser.
- Revoke app access — Visit your platform settings to revoke API access:
- Contact us — For confirmation that no data remains, email us below.
